SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments made with credit cards are subject to charges for the full service amount for "no shows" or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment, unless cancelation is due to therapist non availability.  Currently, our staff is limited.  Appointment cancellations due to therapist non availability will receive a full refund.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Do not harass the therapist(s) as we have no tolerance for inappropriate behavior and/or gestures or sexually aggressive remarks. Such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. If you are that type of client, we are not your type of company so please look elsewhere.
